My experience with Nexgen Auto Transport LLC in 2022 was terrible. I was shipping my 2021 BMW X5 from Seattle to Houston, and everything went wrong. The driver missed the scheduled pickup time by three days, and no one from the company contacted me to explain the delay. When my car finally arrived, it had scratches on the side door and mud all over the tires. When I reached out to customer service to file a complaint, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I regret choosing them and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
