The pick-up was delayed by two days, and no one notified me—I had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. I immediately filed a claim, but their claims department has been dragging its feet for weeks. I feel like I’ve been left to deal with this on my own. This was such a frustrating and stressful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
