I had an awful experience with Phalcon Sun Transport. I hired them to ship my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado from Miami to Atlanta. The car arrived late, and to make matters worse, it had significant damage on the rear bumper. The company didn’t seem to care when I called, and the whole experience left me extremely frustrated. I won’t be using them again.

My experience with Phalcon Sun Transport was not great. I used them to transport my 2023 Ford Mustang from Las Vegas to Phoenix, and the car arrived late. The pick-up was smooth, but I didn’t get any updates on the status of my shipment until the car was already at the delivery location. Unfortunately, when the car arrived, it had a few scratches on the side. I contacted customer service, and they were apologetic but offered no compensation. I wouldn’t use them again.
