I had a terrible experience when I used this service in 2023 to transport my 2021 Tesla Model 3 from New York to Dallas. Everything started off okay—the booking process was straightforward, and they promised me that the car would arrive within five days. However, things went downhill quickly. First, the pick-up was late by an entire day, which threw off my moving schedule. Then, during transit, I couldn’t get any updates despite calling and emailing several times. To make matters worse, the car arrived a week late with visible scratches on the front bumper. I filed a complaint, but customer service offered no real resolution other than a half-hearted apology. For the price I paid, this was absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never use this company again.
